Philip A. Wright has been a resident of Sonoma County for 58 years and resides in Healdsburg with his wife of 49 years, Lydia. He has three grown children and eight grandchildren. Mr. Wright graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 1964 and later attended Anthony School of Real Estate, from which he received both his California Real Estate License and his California Real Estate Brokers license. He worked for Lockwood Realty and Development Company from 1976 – 1984. In 1984 he opened his own office, Wright Realty, in Healdsburg and in 1988 opened a larger office in Windsor, which also included Phil Wright Development Company, Trowbridge & Wright Investment, Inc., Wright Property Management and Windsor Valley Mortgage Company. Mr. Wright is also a founding member of Windsor Oaks National Bank and First Chairman of The Board. The Time is now for Wright Realty to bring back its personalized style of business to Sonoma County.

Philip Wright has worked with most of the large engineering firms in Sonoma County through the years, from Civil and Soils Engineering firms. He has processed the majority of the above listed projects through the County or City governmental agencies; he has also supervised the construction of most of the projects. He has also built and donated several parks to the Healdsburg and Windsor communities.
Philip has owned and constructed four office buildings between Healdsburg and Windsor, from 6,000 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft.
He has experience in selling and marketing residential, commercial property, restaurants, mini-storage and warehouse facilities in Sonoma County.
His last project was designing and acting as the owner / builder for a 21,000 sq. ft. winery warehouse at 25 Healdsburg Avenue. Project was completed in 2007.
His experience in the banking community is extensive with American River Bankshares. He has served on the loan committee for 28 years. Directors are required to continually educate themselves through bank seminars throughout the year.
Phil has consulted for larger companies and also has consulted as an expert witness in several court cases in Sonoma County courts. His consultant fee’s for these services were on an hourly rate of $250.00 per hour.
